On this page you will find our price list for our web design services. If you want something not listed on our list, please e-mail us with your request at webdesign@roadtowealth.com and we will answer you promptly.

The base price for the web design is set according to the format on the sample site which contains about 5mb of space. If you need or want a larger site - up to 100 mb of space - we will discuss the price on an individual basis.

When you order your web site, we need you to send us the following:

  1. Your logo and/or slogan if you have one.
  2. At least 4 choices for a domain name for your website. We need several choices in case your first choice is taken. Maximum length is 67 characters. (Check with your local REALTOR® association, but I believe you CAN use the word "realtor" in your domain name as long as you are a REALTOR®.) For Example:
    • yourname.com - joesmith.com
    • yournickname.com - mr.realestate.com
    • yourrealestateslogan.com - bestagent.com
    • nameyouwouldliketoadvertise.com - yourrealestateoffice.com
  3. Your photo so we can scan it for your website.
  4. A brief resume about yourself - include any awards, etc. you received as an agent. If you are new to the business, you can use previous successes, education, company successes, etc.
  5. Your listings - pictures of homes, descriptions. If you can provide us with access to your MLS and your listings' MLS numbers, we will take care of it for you. If you are just starting out or don't have many listings, use some of your office listings.
  6. Your sold properties - pictures and descriptions. If you can provide us with access to your MLS and your listings' MLS numbers, we will take care of it for you. If you are just starting out or don't have many sales, use some of your office sales.
  7. Testimonials or letters of recommendation from your buyers and sellers. If you are new to the business, have everyone you know write up something about you.

You are building your website - including the newsletter program, information from the buyer and seller forms, and other activities for future business - to make a lot of money!

Some Frequently Asked Questions

  1. "If I go out of the real estate business, what happens to my web site?"
    You can re-do it for any other purpose, you can sell it to another agent who only has to make a few changes and replace your information with theirs. The site is designed to work for any agent - anywhere,

  2. "Is maintenance difficult or costly?"
    If you do no business, you won't have any maintenance to do. In order to maintain your own site, you must be able to create web pages and understand the coding. It is also time consuming. We have several maintenance packages available - pricing depends on the amount of time it will take to maintain your site. However, if you sell 100+ homes a year, it will take a lot of work to keep your site up to date. But, then you would be making $1,000,000 a year - no problem to cover our small charges!

  3. "How much money can I make if I use all the tools you are offering?"
    If you have the personality and resources to promote yourself heavily, it is definitely possible to make $1,000,000 a year.

  4. "Will my site go down from time to time?"
    Yes, it will happen but not frequently. It happens to all sites at one time or another and for various reasons - mainly overload of traffic.

  5. "Can I use my site for other purposes, like selling other products?"
    Yes, you can. If you belong to any affiliate programs, we can place their banners on your site. Or you can create a gateway page - or we can do it for you.

  6. "I don't have any products to sell, but I would like to use my site to generate extra income. Can you help me?"
    As a matter of fact, we are developing an affiliate program for our real estate products. This includes our video and books sold on our Million $$$ Secrets website as well as our Real Estate Success Book - a listing presentation book on CD for real estate agents, and Insider Secrets for Real Estate Professionals which shows agents how to take 10-20-30 or more listings a month and sell them in 30 days. If you market these products properly, you could make another $100,000 a year without even touching any of the products. We will process the orders and ship to your customer.
