This is one question almost everybody asks when they first start out. There are many ways to generate income. I'll give you some answers right here.

  1. Your mall alone can create enough sales to make you financially independent. But YOU have to promote the mall every way you can. I will teach you that. Your "365 Days to Success" manual will be the tool you use to get marketing and promotional ideas.
  2. You can sell large quantities to buyers for supermarkets, car dealers, banks, insurance companies, etc., who buy merchandise for rewards and bonuses within their company. They may also buy merchandise to give away to customers for special promotions. This is the Premium/Incentive business.
  3. Your next target can be any retail store, kiosk in shopping malls, department stores, or discount stores. You may be asking yourself, "Why would big companies buy from me?"

    You can offer them a good price, service, and delivery to each store. This translates into good inventory control for big stores like K-Mart and Wal-Mart. Here's a good example:

    K-Mart has 2100+ stores. It is very difficult to warehouse the entire quantity they need in one location and get that merchandise to the stores in a timely manner. This is a great opportunity for YOU! You can have the merchandise shipped to individual stores in minimum packing on a weekly or monthly business.   3. Employees - In addition to salaries of say, $2,000 a month, you also have to pay half of the unemployment and social security taxes which could total another $2,000 a month.
  4. You would also have to put down large deposits - 6 months of rent to the landlord, and the utility companies all want big security deposits. This could end up costing you $25,000. Then you need fixtures for the store, display cases, cash registers, computers, lighting - which could run you over $150,000.

    Then you need MERCHANDISE which you would have to order at least in case packing. Just 4 pieces per case X 3,000 items at an average price of $30 per item, and you need $360,000 for the inventory. (Just keep in mind you will have 30,000 items to sell and no inventory to stock!)

    Before you open the door of your retail establishment, your investment is $535,000! And that does not include advertising, insurance, warehouse, trucks, garbage, accountant, attorney, and probably 100 other things I forgot to mention. How do I know? I was in the retail business from 1971 - 1979. I had small stores and big stores. And they were all expensive to open.

    Having monthly expenses of $100 or less for your Internet mall is nothing compared to the expense of a real world store. Plus, your business is not subject to weather conditions - snow, sleet, or floods won't put you out of business. You can sell to the whole world, not just local customers. Whether you are in business in the real world or on the Internet, you still have to advertise to get people to shop in your store -- there is no choice!

    I don't believe there ever was -- or ever will be -- a better offer than what I am offering you. It will take some effort to make huge sums of money.     When you get to the Discount Marketplace home page, some people say they cannot find anything. Here's what you need to do. It is a huge mall with a lot of graphics - wait for the page to download. Then scroll down and you'll see individual stores. These will be YOUR stores.
