RETURN POLICY All returns require prior authorization. Please contact the owner of the showroom you purchased the item(s) from and they will obtain the authorization number for you which needs to be included on the box.

Items returned within 10 days of receipt for REPLACEMENT ONLY will not be charged the 15% restocking fee. Returns for ANY other reason and/or after the 10 day period WILL be charged the 15% restocking fee. If the error was on the part of the distribution center, no restocking fee will be charged.

If UPS is unable to deliver your order after making 3 attempts at delivery, they will return your order to the distribution center. You will then be charged the 15% restocking fee.

Should you have a return that is subject to the restocking fee, your credit card will be credited for the amount of the merchandise less 15%. Shipping charges back to the distribution center are paid by the customer.

PRODUCT WARRANTIES.

Many products carry an extended warranty. Check the product's copy on the web site or in the catalog for extended warranty information. Some products come with one year, five year, ten year, or lifetime warranties.

Defective merchandise is returned to the Customer Service address on your warranty for repair or replacement.

REFUNDS. In case of returns, only the cost of the merchandise will be refunded (less the 15% restocking fee if applicable), not the costs of shipping and handling. In addition, the customer is responsible for costs of shipping the return to our distribution center.

DAMAGED SHIPMENTS. Damaged shipments from handling must be filed with the freight carrier. If any cartons are missing or damaged, be sure to note this on the freight bill. If you notice concealed damage after the driver has left, keep all the packing and call the freight carrier to return and inspect the damage and file a claim. We will replace any product that has a defect in workmanship but obviously we cannot be responsible for damage caused by the freight carrier.
