"What does it cost to incorporate in Nevada?"

1. Registered agent services and an office address. You must have an address in Nevada and a resident agent who can accept service for the corporation.
   $175.00 for one (1) year which is just $14.590 per month.
2. Articles of Incorporation. This is not a one page form. Our Articles of Incorporation are 7 pages long and include doing business on the Internet. These were written by an attorney whom we paid over $700.
   Your cost is $39.95.
3. Corporate Records Book. This is something you must have when you start your corporation. It contains all the paperwork you need for starting your corporation. If you are going to open a business checking account, you will need a corporate resolution - included in the book. The book is made of leather-like vinyl and comes with a slip case and an embossed metal plate with your corporate name. You can be proud to display it in your business library.
   Your cost is $99.95.
4. Corporate Seal. Included in your package is an embossed corporate seal for you to use on all your corporate documents.
   Your cost is $29.95. Below is a picture of your Corporate Kit. The complete kit includes:
   
   • Your personalized Corporate Binder with slipcase - protects your corporate records. Your corporate name will be printed on a gold insert on the spine of this handsome binder.
   • Your personalized Corporate Seal can be kept in a pouch inside your binder. Use your corporate seal for completion of such documents as leases and purchase agreements. Your corporate name and year of incorporation willbe permanently etched into the dies which create a raised impression on any paper.
   • For your permanent records: minutes and by-laws printed on 3-hole paper for easy recordkeeping.
   • 20 personalized Stock Certificates lithographed with your corporate name on each certificate and rich background design.
   • Tab index separators make it easy to turn to any section in your binder.
   • Stock/transfer ledger to keep an accurate and complete record of your corporate stock, including transfers.
   

5. Filing Fees for your Articles of Incorporation with the Nevada Secretary of State:
   
   • Filing Fee for Articles of Incorporation............$75.00
     The filing fees are based on the amount of authorized shares stated in the Articles of Incorporation. Filing fee of $75 is based on value of $75,000 or less.
     
   • 2 Certified Copies of the Articles of Incorporation.......$60.00 ($30 for each set)

6. Federal Tax Identification Number (EIN) You need this for your bank. Without this number, you cannot do business. IRS now requires a Specific Power of Attorney signed by you for us to be able to file and recieve your Tax ID # (EIN). 7. Shipment of your Corporate Book by Insured Priority Mail. We ship your book by Priority Mail (3 day delivery or less) and insure it in case it gets lost by the Post Office.

We recommend expedited service with the Secretary of State or else it can take 4-10 weeks for your Articles of Incorporation to be filed.

Please understand that we must wait until we receive your Charter from the Secretary of State before we can file for your Tax ID # with the IRS, have our printer make your corporate stock certificates, order the name plate for your Corporate Records Book and your corporate seal. Even though we do the fastest turn around possible, the entire process could take 6-10 business days. Your money order or credit card payment will speed up the process. Also, if you want the NV Secretary of State to send your filed Articles back to us by overnight mail, please include an additional $22.95.

All costs to the NV Secretary of State, our printer, and our embosser are non-refundable costs. The Secretary of State does not refund any money, nor do the other suppliers involved with this process.

If you want additional sets of Certified Articles of Incorporation, there is an additional charge of $30.00 for each set. The Secretary of State retains the original Articles of Incorporation in their files.

When your corporation is filed, the Secretary of State will send us forms to register your Board of Directors. The fee is $125.00 with a late fee of $75.00. This form is due, along with the $125.00 fee, within 60 days after your corporation is filed.

Each year you will have to complete an Annual List of Officers and the yearly fee for that is $125.00 fee. There is a $75 penalty for responding after the due date. The costs of handling this are included in the registered agent administrative costs yearly fee.

• Include a money order (out-of-state checks will slow the process down) for $552.70 or $677.70 (for expedited handling by the state).
